摘要
研究了石油钻铤用钢的化学成分及其对性能的影响,并优化了热处理工艺。结果表明,45CrMnMo钢具有很高的淬透性和极好的综合机械性能,是制造大规格(8”~9”)石油钻铤的理想材料。
In this paper,the effects of chemical composition of the steel for oil drill collar on its properties were studied and the heat treatment process were optimized.The results show that the 45CrMnMo steel,with high hardenability and excellent combined mechanical properties,is an ideal material for making large-size(8”~9”)oil drill collar.
