提高攀钢五氧化二钒车间多钒酸铵回收率 被引量:3

摘要 针对攀钢五氧化二钒车间沉淀工段生产中存在的问题,研究了多钒酸铵的溶解性,找出了钒损失大的根本原因。对生产工艺进行改造,采用PE烧结微孔管式过滤机处理含多钒酸铵固体的沉钒废水,提高了钒收率,减少了环境污染。 In order to solve the problem existed in the precipitation Stage of V_2O_5 ShoP,Panzhi-hua Iron and Steel,the solubility of APV was investigated,main cause why the vanadium loss is large is found out and the prodution process was improved. The waste water containing solid APV from the precipitation of APV is treated by means of PE sintered microporous filter. The vanadium recovery is increased and the environmental pollution is reauced.
