摘要
研究了采用氧气顶吹法对含钒铁水进行的钠镁化处理。考察了镁砂的加入量、加入时间及渣中Na_2O,CaO,MgO对试验结果的影响,并与钠化提钒进行了比较。100kg级中频感应炉试验结果表明:在镁砂用量与碳酸钠用量之比约为1.3的情况下,钒氢化率为83.23%,脱硫率为77.49%,脱磷率为83、79%,碳烧损率为12.53%.渣中钒的直接水浸率为93.8%,并节约了20%的碳酸钠。
Vanadium recovery from hot metal containing vanadium with soda and magnesia by oxy-gen top blowing is discussed.The effect of the amount of magncsia added,MgO addition time and the Na_2O, CaO,MgO content in the slag is examined.The expcrirnental resuIts show that when MgO/Na_2CO_3 mass radio is about 1.3,the rate of vanadium oxidation is 83.23%,the extent of desufurization,dephosporization and decarbonization is 77.49%,83.19%,12.53%respectively,the rate of vanadium directly leachcd from slag is 93.89%,and 20%saving of soda is achived.
