摘要
针对攀钢炼钢厂模铸铝型发热剂价格高的问题，研制了一种新型价廉的绝热保温覆盖剂取代铝型发热剂。对钢锭帽部传热过程、防缩孔作用机理及防缩剂的性能进行了探讨。经几年生产使用证明，覆盖剂保温效果与铝型发热剂相当，钢质量符合现行标准要求。
In ordcr to solve the problem of expcnsive aluminium type thermite currently used for ingot casting at Pangang’s Steelmaking Plant,a new and cheap substitutional thermal insulation a-gent is developed.The heat transfer- process of ingot head, mechanism of shrinkage- proof action and property of shrinkage- proof agent are disscussed.A few years’production practice show that the eovering agent performance is equal to that of alurninium-type thermite,and the quality of steel comforms to current standards.
