介绍了氧化锆测氧仪的工作原理及特点,如何使用自行设计的废气取样系统连续测定废气含氧量的方法。并以此为依据,调节乳化油燃烧的供风量,保持平炉低氧燃烧和最佳空气消耗,使节油率提高了6.37%。
Concept of Zirconium oxide type oxygen meter, its features and the method for measuring continually the oxygen content in the waste gas using the self made waste gas sampling system are described and on the basis of the analysis the volume of air supply to the combustion of emulsfied oil is properly adjusted and low oxygen combustion and optimal air consumption maintained and thereby the rate of oil conservation raised by 6.37%
