摘要
通过对失效人造金刚石用顶锤1000例的统计分析,结合对重点事例的组织、性能解剖发现,顶锤失效的主要原因依次是:制备过程中引入的宏观缺陷(尤其是表面微裂纹、压制缺陷)、残余拉应力和微观组织缺陷(低熔点夹杂、组织不均匀、气孔等)。这些缺陷的程度大小,直接决定了顶锤的使用寿命。因此,要提高顶锤的使用寿命,除了要提高其综合力学性能外,还要尽量减少以上缺陷。
By analyzing l000 failed anvils used for synthesizing diamond and com-bining the investigation on microstructure and mechanical properties of important samples, It is found that the main causes of anvil failure are in turn :the macro-de-fects introduced during its preparation(specially microcracks on surface,compact de-fects),residual tensile stress and microstructure defects (inclusions with low melting point,inhomogeneous microstructure and pores etc.). Their quantity and size will di-rectly control the service life of anvils,Therefore ,to increase the service life of anvils,all of defects mentioned above need to be decreased as less as possible besides improving its comprehensive mechanical properties。
