摘要
用乳液聚合的方法合成了聚苯乙烯微球以及苯乙烯与丙烯酸、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(交联剂)的二元、三元共聚微球,并讨论了聚合条件对粒径的影响。研究发现,乳化剂的用量、单体及乳化剂的加入方式以及共聚组份的不同都显著地影响粒径尺寸大小。对共聚微球中交联点和羧基的分布的研究表明,用控制共聚单体的滴加方式可以得到交联点和羧基分布均匀的功能性聚苯乙烯微球。
This paper concerns about the emulsion polymerization of styrene and copolymerization of styrene withacrylic acid or ethlene glycol dimethacrylate or the both. The influences of polymerization conditions onmicrosphere size were studies.The amount of emulsifier, mode of monomers and emusifier addition as wellas the different monomers of copolymerization can effect the size of microsphere. THe dispersities ofcrosslinks and carboxyl-groups were discussed also. The dispersities of crossslinks and carboxyl-groups inmocro-sphere are homogeneous by controlling the addition of monomers and emusifier.
