摘要
介绍了高炉用3种类型氧煤喷枪,即多孔式、中心喷射式和螺纹式的结构,及3种喷枪在直吹管内喷吹产生的速度场和固相浓度场的实验情况。本实验方法及结果对选择氧煤喷枪的合理结构和推断实际燃烧效果具有一定的指导意义。
This paper introduces the structures of three types of oxygen-coal lances for blast furnace,i.e. multihole,center jet type and spiral type, and our experimental and research work on the velocity field and concentration field in the blowpipe during injectiOn。In brief,the way to carry out the experiment and the result are directive in choosing an ideal structure of oxygen-coal lance and in judging the real combustion。
