摘要
概述了直流钢包炉的优点及国内外的发展现状。并在180kV·A小型直流钢包炉上进行了可行性实验。结果表明,炉底电极接触式阳极的直流钢包炉在实践中是可行的。其操作方便、电流导通顺利,电弧稳定燃烧。最后,通过实验和理论计算分析了吨钢加热功率与钢水升温速度的匹配关系。对于25t钢包炉在功率匹配为100kV·A/t时,钢水升温速度为2.5~3.0℃/min。
The advantages and present state of DC ladle furnace (DC-LF)were briefly reviewed. A lab-scale 180 kV· A DC-LF with a single bar bottom electrode was tested. The results indicated that this kind of DC-LF had the characteristics of easy operation, good current conduction and stable arc burning. The relationship between heating power per ton and the rate of temperature rise of liquid steel was analvsed. The rate of temperature rise of liquid steel in a DC-LF with 25 tons capacity was 2.5~3.0℃/min,when the heating power was 100 kV· A per ton。
