摘要
分析了转炉高压复合吹炼工艺对转炉底部镁碳质供气元件损毁的影响,并以高压复吹用供气元件残件为实例进行了损毁机理分析。指出高压复吹供气元件的损毁主要是因热应力集中所引起的剥落及冲刷磨损所造成的,并提出提高供气元件使用寿命的措施。
The effect of converter high pressure combined blowing technology on the damage of MgO-C permeable elements is discussed in the paper, An remnant high pressure gas permeable element is used to analysis its damage mechanism。 The analysis indicates that spalling effect caused by high concentrated thermal stress and intensive erosion-wear action cause high pressure gas permeable elements damage mainly and a reasonable measures to increase the service life of MgO-C high pressure permeable elements is also introduced in the paper。
