摘要
在反极图法的基础上,提出一种校正择优取向的新方法──多峰衍射定量相分析法。将所有试样中各相特定峰的相对衍射强度的平均值视为目标取向方式,用来校正择优取向以取代校正成完全无序方式。借此可由较少的衍射峰就能达到校正目的。ZnO,TiC,NbC定量混合样品实验表明,其分析精度明显优于一般校正方法。为解决繁重的计算工作,开发了相应的分析软件。
A multipeak diffraction quantitative phase analysis method(MPO method)for correcting preferred orientation has been proposed based on the principle of inverse pole figure rnethod. The average values of the relative diffraction intensities of a sqecified peak for each phase in all samples were used as the goal orientation instead of the corrected disprder orientation,Therefore,only a limited number of peaks were necessary。The experiments with quantitatively mixed samples of ZnO,TiC,NbC show that the analysis accuracy is obviously better than conventional correcting methods.A software was developed for solving heavy calculatinns in this methnd.
