混铁车用Al_2O_3-SiC-C耐火泥的特性与应用

摘要 为生产优质钢而进行铁水预处理的过程中,处理剂及熔渣对耐火村里的蚀损十分严重,尤其是整个砌体中的薄弱环节砌缝极易损坏,从而导致渗漏铁水,造成停产事故。针对宝山钢铁总厂设备部混铁车用Al_2O_3-SiC-C衬里配套火泥在使用中出现的问题进行了研究。对结合剂、抗氧化剂及防滑剂等添加物进行了试验,解决了砌筑含碳耐火材料普遍存在的砖体滑动等问题,提高了施工性能和使用性能,使整个砌体达到同步蚀损。 In the process of molten-iron pretreatment for producing quality steel, the refractory lining is extremely corroded by treating agent and molten slag,expecially brick spaces that are the vuInerable areas in whole lining,thus the molten iron seeps,which leads to the blowing out.In this paper, the application of mating mortar of Al_2O_3-SiC-C lining in Torpedo car in Baoshan Iron-Steel Works was studied.The additives of binder, antloxidant, anti-sliding and etc were tested.The problem of brick sliding in lining of carbonaceous refractory was tRolved;The performances of consrruction and service were improved,that the corrosion of whole lining is synchronous.
