摘要
通过冷模拟实验考察了冶金容器中渣层厚度和出流口形状对产生汇流旋涡临界高度的影响,揭示了汇流旋涡临界高度随渣层厚度变化的基本规律,论述了水平形出流口对降低汇流旋涡临界高度、抑制卷渣、提高钢质量和钢水收得率的优越性。
This paper has investigated the influence of the slag thickness and the outlet shape on the critical height when the vortex sink occurs in the metallurgical vessel by cold model trails.Itcompletely reveals for the first time the basic rule gov-erning the critical fluid height which varies with the different slag thickness and de-scribes the advantages of the horizontal outlet including reducing critical height,pre-venting the vortex sink from carrying slag,improving the steel quality and the steel veild.
