摘要 XGC防污闪涂料是一种适合现场喷涂的硅橡胶涂料.它具有较强的憎水性能和良好的电气性能.通过对涂料各种性能的检验表明:涂有XGC涂料的X-4.5型绝缘子在盐密为0.4mg/cm2时的人工污秽雾闪络电压值为18kV/片;而在盐密为0.34mg/cm2时的自然污秽雾闪络电压值为22.3kV/片.这对在脏污地区的绝缘子的安全运行是极为有利的. The XGC coating is a new anti-pollution coating. It has a gocd water-rresistant property and electrical charateristic. By many tests, the fog flashover value (X-4.5 insulator) of the artificial-poollution when the equivalent ESDD is 0.4/ cm2 is 18V / unit, and the fog flashovcr value of the natual-pollntion when the equivalent ESDD is 0.34mg / cm2 is 22.3kV / unit. This is suitable to safe operation of the inaulators in pollution area.
