摘要
用傅氏变换和巴塞瓦等式对雷电波的频谱及能量分布进行分析，指出”雷电能量集中在工频附近’的说法是错误的．
The spectrnm adn energy distribution of lightnim wave is analyzed with Fourier transformation and Basel Equation.It is indicated that the statement'the energy of lightning concentrat near power frequency'is wrong.
