摘要
研究了高电压固体复合绝缘材料的电击穿特性,采用红外热依法检测了超高压带电作业绝缘工具的表面温度分布和局部温升,分析了固体绝缘管材的击穿机理.研究发现利用红外热像祛可以检测出硬质绝缘工具内部潜伏性的局部绝缘缺陷,建议制做超高压绝缘工具的固体绝缘管材的内部孔隙和界面缺陷含量小于1%为佳.
In this paper, electrical breakdown behariour of solid composite insulation matcrials were researched and breakdown mechanism was analysed. The Infrared(IR) surface temperature distributions and local temperature rise spots, by which the local internal insulation defects in the solid compositc insulation matcrials and tools could be found easily. It was rccommended that void contents in internal insultion of solid composite tube materials for EHV live working tools be less than 1%.
