摘要 电晕法烟气脱硫脱硝要求快速窄脉冲供电方式.介绍了一种新颖毫微秒波头脉冲电源,其输出电压波形.前沿上升时间小于20ns、脉宽小于100ns、基压和脉冲幅值分别可调,并且脉冲能显转移率和电源自身的能量效率也分别达到95%和70%以上. Pulses with fast rise front and short duration are requird for rcmoval of SO2 / NOx from flue gas by means of corona discharge. This paper discusscs the development and analysis of noval pulse generator for this application. The voltage pulses had been achieved with adjustable crest value and dc bias voltage and with a rise time of less than 20ns and pulse width of less than 100ns. Furthermore, the pulse energy transfer cfficiency of 95% and the overall power efficiency of more than 70% have been achieved, respectively.
