介绍了一套上升时间小于1ns的用于GIS中快速瞬变过电压的测量系统，并讨论了低压臂传输回路的匹配方法．给出了具体的匹配方案，系统简单方便，其下限截止频率可在几Hz以下．
The paper desoribes a system for measuring fast transient overvoltage in GIS. In thissystem the risetime is less than 1 ns, and its lower cut-off frequency is of some Hz.The paper alsodiscusses the matching method used in low-voltage transmission circuit and gives the proposedscheme. The system is uncomplicated and convenient for application.
