摘要
研究了喷涂工艺和碳化硅含量对聚苯硫醚复合涂层力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用磷化-钝化前处理以及在底层中加入附着力促进剂,在面层中加入适量交联剂,可以增加涂层与基材的结合强度,并能提高其它力学性能指标;聚苯硫醚复合涂层中碳化硅含量为25%~30%时,涂层的韧性、耐磨性、涂层与基材的结合强度等为最好,但冲蚀磨损性能有所下降。
The effects of paint-spraying process and silicon carbide(SiC)content on mechanical properties of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composite coating have been studied. Tests showed that the coating's binding strength to the matrix could be strengthed by parkerising and deactivating pretreatments, adding adhesion accelerator to the primeing paint and moderate cross linker to the face layer.Other mechanical properties could also be improved. When the SiC content in the PPS composite coating was25%~30%,the toughness,wear resistance and binding strength to the matrix materials of the coating reached the best value. But the erosion decreased.
