摘要
研究了ＰＢＴ／ＰＥＴ塑料合金的组成对其结晶行为和亚宏观结构形态的影响。酯交换反应和组分间彼此对结晶作用的影响，是熔点与组成关系变化的原因。冷结晶温度与组成的关系表明，对于ＰＥＴ，ＰＢＴ相当于一种结晶促进剂，ＰＢＴ质量分数高于０．５０时，ＰＢＴ／ＰＥＴ塑料合金的注射模温可低于８０℃，成核剂对球晶尺寸的影响大于组成的影响。
The effect of PBT/PET compoitions on its crystal behavior and sub-macrostructure from have been studied. The ester interchange reaction and the crystallization of component ports to affect each other are causes of change of the relation between melting point and compositions. The relation between cold-crystallization temperature and composition shows that the PBT is one of crystal promotor for PET. When mass fraction of PBT is more than 0.5,injection mould temperature of PBT/PET blends can be to depress in under 80℃. The results of observation with scanning electron microscope(SEM)show that effect of nucleation agent on the spherulite size is stronger than that of composition.
