摘要
用体积比为30/70的环己烷/丙酮混合溶剂进行了苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)共混物的选择性溶解分离试验。结果表明,共混物的形态对分离效果有很大影响。当SAN含量较低并构成分散相时,SAN的溶解非常困难,若用环己烷含量较高的混合溶剂先使共混物全部溶解,再滴入丙酮使EVA沉淀,则可得到满意的分离。采用这种分离方法,并用红外光谱法定量分析了SAN/EVA接枝共聚试样的接枝率。
The blends of SAN and EVA were extracted by 30/70 mixture of cyclohexane and acetone. The results show that extractability is related to the morphology of the blends. It was difficult to extract the SAN in dispersed Phases. In order to separate EVA from SAN effectively,the blends were first disolved in the mixture of cyclohexane and acetone, the EVA was precipitated by adding acetone. The graft copolymers of styrene, acrylonitrile and EVA were separated from SAN in the same way and characterized by IR spectra, the graft degree of the copolymers was obtained.
