摘要
采用悬浮聚合法合成了低交联度的聚甲基丙烯酸酯高吸油性树脂,研究了交联剂用量、单体配比、反应温度和时间等对树脂性能和反应的影响,确定了合适的聚合工艺条件。
In this papar, the high oil absorption resin, which is cross-linking poly(n-alkyl methacrylates),was synthesized by means of suspension copolymerization. The effects of the amount of the crosslinking agent,monomer ratio,copolymerization temperature and time etc.on conversion and properties of the copolymer were discussed and optimun copolymerization conditions were obtained.
