反应性聚酰亚胺共聚物微孔保持器材料的研究

摘要 报道微孔聚酰亚胺共聚物粒子复合材料的近期研究工作。以改性双马来酰亚胺共聚物(BMIC)为原料,在制备微孔材料方面进行了探索。讨论了树脂基体的预固化程度以及成型工艺等因素对多孔保持器材料的细观结构、界面强度、机加工性能和含油性能等宏观性能的影响,并报道了由优选工艺所得到的保持器材料的性能。 This paper reportes the recent research work on a modified bismaleimide copolymer aimed to be used for high quality ball-bearing retainer material in aicraft. The effects of the precuring extent of the resin matrix, the rate of uncured and cured particals and the process on the micro-porous texture ,interface strength and machinability of the retaner were discussed. It was found that a satisfying ballbearing retainer similar to Melding 9000 in properties could be made by curing the resin at 160 ℃for 1. 5 h, with the content of uncured particals at 10% ̄20 % and with proper pressure. Moreover, the resin is conveniently available in China and of lower cost.The properties of the specimen made by optimum process was also presented.
