聚丁二烯阴极电泳涂料的研制(I)

摘要 液体聚丁二烯(LPB)与顺丁烯二酸酐反应是合成聚丁二烯阴极电泳涂料的中间过程。产物酸酐化聚丁二烯(MPB)酸值的大小直接影响下一步反应以及电泳漆膜的性能。本文着重考察顺丁烯二酸酐与LPB的配比、反应温度和反应时间、LPB的分子量以及结构、溶剂的种类和配比对MPB酸值的影响。同时对酸酐化反应机理和动力学作了初步的研究。 Reaction of liquid polybutadiene (LPB) with maleic anhydride is the imddle process during the synthesis of cathodic electrode-posited coating. The properties of the coating is effected by the acid value of the reaction product-maleated PB. The effects of ratio of maleic anhydride to PB, reaction temperature and time , molecular weight and microstructure of LPB,the kinds of solvents and ratio of solvent to LPB on the acid value were studied. The mechanism and kinetics of maleation reaction were also studied.
