摘要
研究了玻纤增强尼龙1010(GRPA1010)和尼龙1010(PA1010)的力学性能受γ辐照工艺的影响。结果表明,GRPA1010和PA1010的拉伸强度σs受辐照剂量R的影响很小;在R<0.5MGy时,GRPA1010和PA1010的冲击强度σi和断裂伸长率εs皆随R的增加而降低;R>0.5MGy后,它们的εs继续随R的增加而下降,而GRPA1010的σi则不受R的影响。GRPA1010的辐射稳定性优于PA1010。
The influence of the radiation processing on the mechanical properties of the GRPA1010 (glassfiber reinforced nylon 1010) and PA1010 (polyamide 1010) was studied. The tensile strength σs of GRPA1010 and PA1010 is not affacted by γ-radiation up to 2. 0 MGy. The impact strength σi of GRPA1010 is not affacted by radiation too,as R>500 kGy. GRPA1010 has higher radiation stability than PA1010 has.The influence of oxygen was observed.
