摘要
以2,4-TDI、丙烯酸β-羟丙酯、聚乙二醇(不同分子量)、正一元醇为原料,合成了8种新的光固化丙烯酸化氨基甲酸酯。用元素分析、IR、UV、蒸气压渗透法,对它们进行了表征和鉴定,测试了它们光固化后的力学性能与曝光时间的关系。结果表明,随固化时间增长,玻璃化温度Tg、模量E、断裂强度都随之而增大;到一定固化时间后,Tg、E、断裂强度保持不变,断裂伸长率在某一固化时间出现一最大值。
In this paper,eight acrylated-urethane monomers were synthesized from 2,4-TDI,reacted with different molecular weight polyethylene glycol (PEG),n-aliphatic alcohol and hydroxypropyl acrylate.These monomers were characterized by IR, UV,element analysis and VPO.The mechanical properties of polyacrylourethanes were investigated.Tg, ultimate strength,Young's modulous E increased with the duration of irradiation time and ultimate strength,E reached a maximum,because the crosslinking density did not increase after further irradiation.
