摘要
采用不同偶联剂处理玻璃纤维以制备纤维增强甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯共聚物透光复合材料。在仔细匹配增强材料与基体之间折光指数的前提下,研究几种不同偶联剂对复合材料的界面以及透光率的影响。对单向纤维、玻纤毡和方格布等不同排列形式纤维增强的复合材料透光性能亦作出比较,实验结果表明,复合材料界面状态。粘结以及与界面相关的纤维排列方式对透光复合材料的透光率均产生影响。
Optically transparent composites of glass fiber reinforced MMA/St copolymer have been prepared in which glass fiber were treated by different coupling agents respectively. At the condition of carefully matching the refractive index of the glass fiber reinforcement with the MMA/St copolymer matrix, the effect of different coupling agents (KH-570, KH-560 and NS)and the formes of glass fiber reinforcement (i. e.monofilements,weave and strand mat)on optical transmission of composites has been discussed. The results of experiments showed that the optical transmission of composite is interfical dependent and also influnced by the formes of glass fiber reinforcement.
