摘要
运用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、拉曼光谱(RS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段,研究了3种不同碳含量的PAN-基碳纤维植入犬体前后的表面结构及电子态的变化。实验结果表明,碳化温度越高,碳纤维的石墨化程度越高。PAN-基碳纤维植入犬体一年半后,其表面石墨化程度均降低,表面原含有的多种有机基团基本未变,相对含量发生了明显变化,C=N基团部分转变为C-N基团,这说明机体组织并非简单的物理附着在碳纤维表面,而是与碳纤维表面发生生物化学反应,使两者之间的亲和程度加强。
This paper researched the surface structures and electronic states of three kinds of carbon fibers with different content before and after implanting into dog bodies by using X-ray photoelectron spectrum,Raman spectrum and X-ray rotating diffraction.The experimental results show that the graphitization degree of the PAN-based carbon fibers increases with increasing the carbonation temperature,and there are several kinds of organic groupe in the surface of carbon fiber.After implanted into dog body for one and half year,the surface graphitization degree of PAN-based carbon fibers decreased.The relative amount of the original organic groups in the surfaces changes clearly and some C=N groups are transformed into C-N groups.These results illastrate that the organic tissues do ont simply cover over the surface of PAN-based carbon fibere physically,but react with carbon fibers to strengthen the affinity between organic tissue and carbon fiber.
