摘要
讨论了关于聚丙烯(PP)纺织中分子量(分子量分布()及其流动性(η0、MFI)的变化。实验结果表明,PP熔体性质变化与PP树脂原始性质、加工温度、化学降解及热机械降解等诸种因素有密切的关系。对PP常规纺丝加工而言,该PP原料的为14万左右、为5左右、η0为400Pa·s左右、MFI为30g/10min且PP熔体加工温度为250℃左右,是纺制优质PP纤维的基本条件。
In the paper,the changs of molecular weight,molecular weight distribution andflow ability in spinning polypropylene(PP) were discussed.Experiments shown,chang of melt ability of PP have relate to factor of beginning ability of PP resin,prosessing temperature,chemical degradation and thermal mechanical degradation and so on.For the routine spinning processing of PP,the basic condition of excellent PP fiber that is η0=400 Pa·s,MFI=30g/10 min of PP row material,and processing temperature of PP melt is about 250℃.
