摘要
对利用4,4'-二氨基二苯醚作为第三单体与对苯二甲酰氯、对苯二胺共缩聚得到的不同序列结构的共聚酰胺的性能进行了研究,通过退偏振光法研究了共聚酰胺在浓硫酸中的临界浓度和相图,用TGA研究了共聚酰胺的热稳定性,通过降解规律研究了共聚酰胺在浓硫酸中的稳定性,此外,还研究了共聚酰胺的溶解性。结果表明,不同序列结构的共聚酰胺在性能上差异很大,当共聚酰胺分子中PPTA链段序列长度较长时其液晶性能、热稳定性和在浓硫酸中的稳定性,皆优于分子中PPTA链段序列长度较短的共聚酰胺,而溶解性则相反。
In this paper,the properties of copolyamides synthesized from p phenylenediamine,terephthaloyl dichloride and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylether with different seqence structure were studied. The results indicate that the seqence structure of copolyamides significently effect their properties;the longer the seqence length of PPTA segment is,the better the liquid crystal behavior,the thermal stability and stability in concentrated sulphuric acid of copolyamides are; the solubility of copolyamides is on the contrary.
