摘要
研究了两种聚苯并咪唑吡咯酮均质膜在一个大气压下温度对H2、O2、N2的透过性能的影响.在分子链结构中引入空间位阻大的-C(CF3)2-基因,气体的透过系数有明显增加,提高了一个数量级,其中H2的透过系数为74Barrer,对H2、N2的选择分离系数为50.随着温度的升高,两种膜的透过系数均增加,而选择性降低.
he permeability of two polypyrrolone membranes to H2,O2, and N2has been determined over a temperature range of 30-90℃. The introduction of bulky group,-C(CF3)2-, into the backbone of this polymer appears to result in a significant increase in gas permeability coefficient. The permeability changes in this case was primarily due to the alteration of diffusivity factors. This result contributes to the inhibition of chain packing and segmental mobility. The permeability coefficient increased with the rise of temperature, while the selective separation factor decreased correspondingly. Within the temperature range, the effects of temperature on gas permeability coefficients can be described well by the Arrhenius form. The apparent activation energy for permeation, EP, increases as the penetrant size increases, which follows the expected general trends.
