摘要
介绍了一种以扩展QFD(QualityFunctionDeployment)为核心方法的产品开发决策支持系统。该系统具有面向订单的高顾客化特点,能够适应并行工程(ConcurrentEngineering)以及未来灵活制造业(AgileManufacturing)的需要。介绍了该系统的模型、系统框架及其核心算法,还探讨了经典数学模型和模糊神经网络的一种混合模型。
A kind of decision support system based on an extendedQFD(Quality Function Deployment)iSdescribed. The system can be used in concurrent engineering or agile manufacturing in the future to help anenterprise to develop order- oriented very customerized products.Introduced in the paper are theframework,model and kernel methodologies of the system,especially a hybrid model based on the neuralnetwork with fuzzv set and some traditional mathematical models.
