基于漏斗模型的一体化生产计划与仿真系统IP&S

摘要 多年来,小批量、多品种生产的企业生产计划与控制的有效性一直是人们十分重视而又难以解决的问题,本文介绍的基于漏斗模型的一体化生产计划与仿真系统IP&S就是为适应这种需求而研究开发的支撑环境。文章首先介绍了漏斗模型的基本概念和基于漏斗模型的生产计划方法,然后介绍了IP&S的功能、结构以及采用的主要技术。 In recent years,the effectiveness of production planning and control has been becoming a problemwhich is more and more important to the enterprises characterized by smaller batch of production,moreproducts varieties as well as short delivery periods,and quite difficult to solve,In this paper,the integratedproduction planning and simulation system based on the funnel model is presented,which aims at providingan advanced method and supported environment for production planning and control of enterprises.Firstly,some fundamental concepts on the funnel model,especially.the special method called as Load- orientedOrder Release and Throughput Diagram are introduced.Secondly,the simulation software FACTOR /AIMis introduced briefly. Finally,the funderational model of IP&S defined with IDEF 0 method,and the keytechniques adopted in IP&Sare presented.
