摘要
研究了IC6合金的抗氧化、耐腐蚀性能。针对可能的实用背景,探讨了IC6合金的表面防护问题。溅射NiCrAlY涂层可通过在表面形成保护性的Al_2O_3膜而使合金获得优异的抗高温氧化、热腐蚀性能,同时也不损害基材的力学性能。
Oxidation and hot corrosion behaviours of IC6 alloy were studied.Surface protection was discussed,for the engineering applications of the alloy.The sputtered NiCrAlY coating may greatly improve theoxidation resistance and hot corrosion resistance of IC 6 alloy by the formation of a protective Al_2O_3 scalewith little effects on mechanical properties of IC6 alloy.
