摘要
本文概述了微孔涂层织物透湿机理,并通过大量试验及参照国外透湿标准美国ASTM-E-96-66E和日本工业标准JIS L1099-1985,对透湿测试方法——吸收法中吸湿剂选用、吸湿剂用量确定、吸湿温湿度条件、操作方法进行详述。在目前尚未有透湿测试仪器设备条件下采用氯化钙称量法作为评定织物透湿性的试验方法,测试数据是有可比性和重演性。
The author describes the moisture-permeating mechanisim of the micro-porous coating fabric. The selection of moisture-permeating agent, the determination of the agent amount, operation temperature and moisture, and the operation proceduce are presented in detail which are determined by numerous trial production and comparison with American Industrial Standard ASTM-E-96-66E and Japanese Industrial Standard JIS-L1099-1985. On the present situation of lacking of moisture-permeability instruments, it is useful to obtain the data by means of calcium chloride metering technique for assessing the moisture-permeability.
