The basic theory, equations and procedures to determine the 3-D viscous stall flow in turbomachinery using the Parametric Polynomial Method are presented in this paper. The 3-D N-S equations in cylindric coordinate can be solved directly with the third polynomial of velocity parameter. The flow fields under various flow conditions of 300 MW steam turbine are calculated by this method. The stall flow of compressor cascade under large attack angle is also be calculated, and the results are compared with the experimental ones.
