Effect of Back-Mixing in Double-Pipe Heat Exchanger(DPHE)

将“停留时间分布”（ＲＴ０）概念引入换热器传热过程研究。定量地分析介质返混对传热的影响。开发了一套求算换热器轴向温度分布的计算机软件，计算结果与理论推断是一致的。本研究可望提高换热器工艺设计中换热面积取值的合理性和科学性。

The concept of Residence Time Distribution (RTD) with a certain extent of backnixing was introduced into the research of heat transfer. The effect of back-mixing in DPHE was analyzed quantitatively.A set of computer programs to calculate the temperature profile in heat exchanger was developed. The calculated results are identical with the theoretical prediction.This project will be expected to improve the rationality of the value of heat transfer area in DPHE designing.
