Effects of liquid sprayed rate,heat flux, exit vapor velocity and solution concentration were studied on heat transfer performance of horizontal tube falling film evaporation with deionized water, glycerol, glucose and sodium thiocyanate solution as actuating medium.The experimental results showed that(1)the evaporation film coefficient increases with liquid sprayed rate and heat flux and decreases with the concentration of glycerol and glucose solution,and(2) the film coefficient first increases,then decreases during the evaporation of sodium throcyanate.Some explanations for various experimental phenomena were also given.
