Ⅱ型糖尿病伴高血压患者胰岛素、胰高血糖素水平

Serum Insulin and Glucagon on Non-insulin-dependent Diabetes Mellitus with Hypertension

配对观察68例Ⅱ型糖尿病伴高血压和无高血压患者OGTT中的血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素等指标。结果显示伴高血压组患者,胰岛素、胰高血糖素在各时相、C肽在空腹、120min、180min均明显高于无高血压组,而血糖/胰岛素各时相则低于无高血压组。提示Ⅱ型糖尿病患者高血压与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞分泌亢进及高胰高血糖素血症均有关系。

Serum glucose, insulin,C-peptde,and glucagon were measured in 68 cases of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) with and without hypertension at various times after oral glucose load(75 g). The results showed in diabetes with hypertension group, the serum insulin, glucagon increased significantly at fast and 30,60,120,180 min after oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) while C-pep-tide increased at fast,and 120 min and 180 min after OGTT. Meanwhile, the glucose/insulin ratio decreased. Thus it is concluded that the hypertension in NIDDM is related to insulin resistance, β-cell hyper-secretion of insulin and glucagon.
