硝苯地平静脉注射治疗重症高血压

Intravenous Nifedipine for Treatment of Severe Hypertension

对30例重症高血压患者,应用静脉注射硝苯地平进行治疗观察。结果表明,硝苯地平静脉注射具有快速而明显地降压、改善心功能指标的效果,无明显的负性肌力作用。硝苯地平输注速度在30μg/min以上时,具有较好的降压效果。

30 cases of severe hypertensive patients were treated with intravenous nifedipine. The results showed a fast and significant fall in blood pressure,and an improvement in heart functional parameters. This study suggests that intravenous nifedipine is a safe and effective approach,without obvious negative inotropic action. It seems that when the injection rate exceeds over 30 μ/g/min.the antihy-pertensive effect was more pronouneed. A better effect on hypertension could be obtained when intravenous injection rate of nifedipine was over 30 μg/ min.
