摘要
本文介绍利用大卷装堆置设备,参考国外冷轧堆工艺,选用润湿快,分散、乳化、净洗效果好的国产助剂和复合型稳定剂,实施冷轧堆漂白加工,再经汽蒸,收到了良好的经济效益。文章探讨了冷轧堆漂白的工艺及原理、测试结果及结论,提出在该工艺生产中应注意的问题。
The domestic made auxiliaries with good effects of wetting,dispersing, emulsifying and washing, are applied together with complex stabilizers to cold pad-batch bleaching treatment in big batch equipment with reference of foreign advanced cold pad-batch processes, and good economical benenits have been obtained.The author introduces the cold pad-batch bleaching principle and procedure, testing results and conclusions,and also presents notes when using cold pad-batch process.
