高海拔地区1778例烧伤创面处理体会

EXPERIENCE OF WOUND TREATMENT FOR 1778BURNED PATIENTS IN HIGH ALTITUDE

我科自１９８１年至１９９０年１０年间在海拔高度２２６１ｍ的高原地区收治烧伤病人１７７８例，总治愈率为９８．５４％，取得了良好效果，烧伤治疗中创面处理是一个重要方面。合理、积极处理创面，尽早使创面愈合，可减少烧伤引起的各种并发症，可缩短疗程，提高大面积烧伤病人的存活率。我们根据本地区海拔高、缺无、气候干燥等特点，在烧伤创面处理过程中总结出一些经验。

778 burned patients were treated in our hospital situated at 2 261 meters above sea level from1987 to 1990.Total cure rate was 98.56%and the result of treatment was satisfactory. It is one ofimportaiitt methods that wotind treatment for burned patients.The process of wound healing can beaccelerated;variotis complications can be reduced;the cure rate for extensive burned patients can be in-creased by reasonable and active treatment.of wound.We summed up some experiences of woundtreatment according to the characters of high altitude,cold and dry climate etc.
