摘要
藏药唐古特青兰(DtM)水提液ip可极显著地降低小白鼠整体耗氧量,还可延长异丙肾上腺素所致小鼠心肌损害的存活时间,对心肌可能有一定的保护作用;另外DtM可对抗由于KCN和NaNO_2所致的小鼠组织中毒性缺氧,有效地延长小鼠存活时间;同时Dtmig还具有明显抗寒冷作用,但实验中ip和ig给药均未发现抗疲劳作用和耐高温作用,揭示DtM不是一种好的致适应剂,但其显著的抗缺氧作用值得我们深入探讨。其ip和ig给药的LD_(50)分别为18.8±0.6g/kg和142.3±4.2g/kg(P=0.95)
n our study,the aqueous extracts of Dracocephalum
tanguticum Maxim(DtM).a Tibetan medicine,could significantly reduce
the oxygen consumption of mice by intraperitoneal injection of 2.
5g/kg and 5.0g/kg(P<0.01)and rersist the toxic hypoxia of tissaues
resulted from KCN and NaNO_2,therefore,the survival time of mice were
extended effectively,In the 5.0g/kg group,the effects were more
obvi-ous than the 2.5g/kg group(P<0.001).The DtM extracts also showed
apparent antifrigid ability inmice with endogastric
administration,but antifatigue and heat resistin effects were not
observed nei-ther by intraperitoneal nor endogastric
administration.The results indicated that the DtM is not a
sat-isfied adaptogen,but its obvious antihypoxic effect is worth
studying further.In addition,the LD_(50) inintraperitoneal and
endogastric ways were 18.8+0.6g/kg and 142.3+4.2g/kg
respectively(P=0.95)。
