摘要
对３例高原低氧性肺动脉高压者进行了肺动脉造影研究，对其不同水平肺动脉分支的直径进行了测量。结果发现造影仅能反映近端肺小动脉以上的肺动脉形态学改变，包括肺动脉扩张、肺动脉分支走向紊乱和分支密度增高等。

artery angiography was only be able to re-flect the morphology of the
pulmonary circulation proximal to the proximal arterioles, which
includedthe pulmonary artery dilatation,irregular distribution and
increased density of the pulmonary arteriesat different levels.
