制革废水处理系统中调节池设计的新构思

摘要 本文就制革废水处理中,原有调节池所存在的问题,提出了一种改良型的调节池——“水解-酸化”调节池的设计构思.该调节池集流量调节、水质均衡、沉淀和水解-酸化于一体,不但可起到调节作用,而且可减轻后续处理的负荷. Based on the problem of the original adjustment tank in the tannery wastewater treatment, this paper puts forward a design conception of an improved new type of adjustment tank called as hydrolysis-adicification. This kind of tank has the combined functions of flow adjustment, water quality equalization, precipitation and hydrolysis-acidification. In addition to the function of adjustment in this tank the wastewater can be treated in the process of hydrolysis-acidification, which will create a better condition for later treatment.
