SBR法处理高浓度土霉素废水的试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 作者选择常规活性污泥法、间歇曝气活性污泥法和SBR法对高浓度土霉素废水进行了对比处理试验.试验结果,SBR法明显优于其他两种方法,当COD进水浓度为1600~12000mg/L、COD投配负荷为1.6~6.3kg/(m^3·d)时,去除率可达78.7~88.4%,污泥指数稳定在43~91.6之间. The experiments to treat high concentration pharmaceutical wastewater of terramycin (oxytetracycline) production by Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR), conventional activated sludge and step aeration processes were conducted for comparison and concluded that SBR process is the best than another two. When the inlet COD concentration ranges 1600 to 12000 mg/1 for SBR process with COD dosing loading 1. 6 to 6. 3 kg per cubic meter per day the obtained COD removal rate is in range 78. 7 to 88. 4% with sludge index steadied in range 43. to 91. 6.
