摘要
汽车修理厂清洗发动机零件时,排出的碱性含油废液和废水的COD浓度和含油量很高,排放前必须进行处理.本文在总结工程实践经验的基础上,提出了废液用氯化钙破乳、絮凝沉淀后回用;废水经破乳、絮凝沉淀、砂滤和活性炭吸附的处理工艺.
The wasteliquid and wastewater with extremely high concentrations of COD and oil excreted during cleaning the engine details from the auto repair shop has to be treated before drainage into the sewer system. Summarizing the practices for years a comprehensive treatment technology process to treat the wasteliquid by CaCl2 deemulsi-fication and flocculation-sedimentation, and to treat the wastewater by deemulsification, flocculation-sedimentation, sand filtration and activated carbon absorption are proposed.
