老年人早搏的临床意义——535例动态心电图分析

Clinical significance of ectopic beats in the old age-ambulatory ECG analysis of 535 cases

本文分析400例老年前期和135例老年期冠心病、可疑冠心病及正常人动态心电图中室性早搏和室上性早搏的检出情况,认为老年人早搏多见,单凭早搏诊断冠心病是不可靠的.

400 cases of presenile and 135 cases of senile people underwent 24-hour ambulatory ECG monitoring to observe the relationship between ectopic beats,ST-T changes, coronary artery disease and age. VPBs were more common in the aged and the incidence of VPBs was not significantly different between CAD and normal group of the aged. Of the aged cases CAD patients had more VPBs≥grade Ⅲ and ische-mic ST-T changes. APBs were very common both in the presenile and senile people.
