乳化炸药冲击起爆的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用激励器和轻气炮装置对乳化炸药的冲击起爆进行了实验研究。结果表明,由气泡敏化的乳化作药临界起爆能量最低,其p ̄2τ值在(13~35)×10 ̄(12)pa ̄2·s之间,由玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药稍高一些,而乳化基质则更难以起爆。在本研究的实验压力和时间范围内,乳化作药的冲击起爆临界能量值并不完全符合非均相炸药的冲击起爆判据P ̄2τ=const。乳化炸药的实测爆轰压力为16.686Pa,爆轰波成长时间大约在2.3~2.5μs之间。 The shock initiations of emulsion explosives are studied on activator and light gas gun in this paper,The critical shock initiation energies of both emulsion matrix and emulsion explosive are higher than those of conventional high energy explosives such as TNT, PETN and RDX. The critical shock initiation energy of emulsion explosives is not in agreement with the law of p ̄2τ=const.Critical initiation pressure is sharply decreased as the duration of shock is longer.Therefore, the shock initiation chara-cteristics of emulsion explosives under the condition of a low shock and long time should be noticed. The maximum experimental detonation pressure of emulsion explosives whicli are sensitized by gases is 16.68 GPa and the time of propagation of detonation wave is2.3~2.5 μs. of propagation of detonation wave is 2.3~2.5μs.
