复方高渗NaCl溶液治疗小鼠S_(180)的疗效及免疫状态观察

Therapeutic effect of complex hyperosmotic NaCl solution on Sarcoma 180 and effect on its immune status

将S_(180)瘤组织接种于小鼠大腿外侧皮下.第6天时,用复方高渗NaCl溶液向治疗组小鼠肿瘤的边缘、基底和内部注射。对照组动物肿瘤不给任何注射。到接种后第13天(治疗组治疗后第7天)测定T淋巴细胞量、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及Fc受体活性,两组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。治疗组治愈率为86.7％,1个月存活率为93.4％.对照组无一自愈,94％在20天内死亡。

A piece of Sarcoma 180 tumor was inoculated subcutaneously in mouse at the lateral side of the thigh. On the 6th day, complex hyperosmotic NaCl solution was injected into the middle, the edge and the basal part of the tumor of the mouse. No injections were given to the control group. On the 13th day after inoculation ( the 7th day after treatment ) , the amount of T lymphocytes, the phagocytosis ability of macrophages and the activity of Fc receptors in both groups were investigated. The results were quite different between these two groups (p <0.01). The immune ability was normal in the treated group and severely damaged in the control group. The recovery rate of the treated group was 86.7%, and survival rate in one month was 93.4%, whereas in the control group, there was no survi-vivor and 94% of the animals died within 20 days.
